@Ekically If I were ESA, I would argue centralized servers are safer for children. European courts are so obsessed with protecting children online. This Stop Killing Games entitlement would backfire
@Der_Schweizer1@JoeLongBalls I know how FPV works. It's still guided with human eyes not some automatic seeking mechanism. Human aim has some inaccuracy compared to computer calculation especially with less visible target
@Der_Schweizer1@JoeLongBalls Like dive bombing? I don't think quadcopter is capable of quick steep dive. Around 45° is reasonable for quick strike run but again, depends on defender reaction speed and terrain around it
@Der_Schweizer1@JoeLongBalls Actually as it fly higher, the bomb need more time to reach the ground and more inaccurate. But yeah that's a real problem for the defender to react and reposition in time
@Der_Schweizer1@JoeLongBalls Sure it's dangerous but little cover is always better than 0 cover. A wooden pole can stop some sharpnels or deflect its path. Even if it pierced, it minimized the sharpnel kinetic energy. And before they hit, these drones are FPV that rely on line of sight to hit accurately
@Der_Schweizer1@JoeLongBalls For a shaped charge, the blast would be directed to the dirt. Even with airburst fragmentation dropped from above, the pole will take the most hit if covered correctly right behind the blast. Still dangerous but less lethal at least
