@SwytchBike I find my Swytch bike handy… no shower at work so tend to ride TO work with battery ON, head home battery off. Didn’t feel wasteful as was able to convert my 15-year-old bike rather than buy a new one.

Agreed minimum strike-staffing is likely in excess of the new and woeful normal!

Imagine the effect if we all stuck strictly to our contracted hours (because working excess for free is how the service scrapes by most days).
