Where are the funds today? They disappeared from credit card account and have not shown up anywhere. I have been a loyal customer for close to 30 years. Today I cut up my credit card and will close my accounts, assuming my funds show up.

Transferring positive balance from credit card account to checking account. Started process weeks ago.

During this two week period BOA charged a $12 fee for insufficient funds in checking acct. Disputed fee unsuccessfully with app.
