Horrible from @AirIndiaX. Due to delayed incoming flight, I missed my BLR–TRV connection. the staff assured a hotel stay, next-morning flight & cab, but after landing at @BLRAirport, it’s been hours with no progress. Duty Manager at BLR (night duty) was rude & dismissive (1/2)
