@cullenroche It’s actually a third option, Totalitarianism, it’s a Highly profitable event, but the bulk of all the money goes to the family that owns ASO with only table scraps shared with the teams and riders with cities paying ASO to route the race through their towns

@Todd_Blackledge I think it misses a key point, TT is not a defense attorney that blindly supports their client and exhausts every legal angle. It’s a University that is charged with developing athletes and preparing them for life. Holding players accountable is part of that.

More importantly, the state isn’t sending money anywhere, FL taxes payers have a smaller deduction in exchange for lower taxes.

@astaylo1 Last Gainesville Regional UF stayed in the home dugout even when they were the away team. But I agree, home teams should be the 1 seed in a regional, hosting a regional should come with being the home team, home/away should be determined by seeding in a regional
