This game is amazing. It requires high effort, creativity, and separation, which is all the same qualities we need in sport.
It really challenges shin angles, acceleration/deceleration, and the hidden quality is the defender keeping eyes 👀 on the offensive player while moving away from them.

“Cat jumps” for the Sharks this morning. So much of our program is built around drops, landings and catches.
I tell the guys every year…two weeks into August there will be a line of guys with soft tissue stuff. Most will be from folks that didn’t spend much time in the off season/pre season program.
