@rozzamichael oh wait maybe you can't if it's a credit card in which case ignore me. If there's a debit card that may be the easiest way to get in touch. Have done this before with found cards and resolved quickly

@rozzamichael You can use the card details to transfer a penny into her account and put your phone number in the payment reference. You may need to do this twice to explain 'found card please call' in another transfer. Once she realises the card is gone she will likely check the account
