back from @nextdotio summit

my short take:

- @Snap x iGaming is still underrated, especially for younger mobile-first audiences (we’ll hear much more about it soon)
- clipping is becoming a real marketing infra (cheaper & more viral alternative to traditional ads)
- investment conversations around iGaming are getting more serious
- PM is no longer a side topic in gambling
- crypto still had a strong presence

best part for me was the meetings

had a strong talk with Alex Verbitsky (from Raine Group) on capital in iGaming, and a very good one with @Hecrypton from @trylimitless

big takeaway there:
most operators still don’t understand prediction markets well enough

fixed-odds books carry house risk, but P2P doesn’t

that changes the product, and the acquisition story too

great summit overall
