Dog attacks have gone up year-on-year since the DDA 1991, proving that it doesn't work. Reintroduce a dog-owner register instead - require proof of insurance and training, hold owners accountable for their dogs' actions (ANY SIZE). Oh, but that wouldn't get the quick votes.

Part of the stock response from @SteveBakerHW re the #XLBullyBan. Puppies don't "grow up to be an XL Bully" - this proves to me that the govt are using the label of XL Bullies to simply ban all large/muscly/stocky dogs. The DDA 1991 has never worked, and never will.

An update for anyone who cares - our issues are STILL not solved, despite emails to every director registered at Companies House (they have simply not responded). For the rest of time, I will deter people from buying from @OfficialFV. The worst service I've ever received.
