Oh, hi! Been a while. Missed you! We’re excited to share this upcoming collaboration with Upstate Strength and Conditioning in Glenville, NY! On 10/22/22, starting at 9:30 am, we’re hosting a 5K
run/walk, followed by sports trivia to raise $ for the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation!
