@mcuban @davidmullings Small amount of company profits going to workers instead of shareholders (people who will go out and spend the money) also subject to FICA (good for the coffers). We need to find a way to get profits to workers and align incentives.

@mcuban @davidmullings Another idea is offer profit sharing to all employees, that is then a tax CREDIT (not deduction) for the company. Ask any business owner if they’d rather give 2% to the IRS or their employees. Taxable to employee (so IRS still getting a cut), similar to ESOP

@sarahmccammon Took me a lot of years of therapy to learn when we rescue others it is self serving. We want to be the hero, the care taker, the person who saves the day / situation. Every time you do that you’re robbing his opportunity for growth. Gotta let him fail to grow.
