I think this is the start of a big trend we'll see in SaaS in the ai era

What keeps getting missed is the cohort who is building their own NOT to save money but to get perfectly personalised software (. . . and they also save money doing it)

They don't want a bunch of extra they're not using, and they don't want to have to jump up two plans for the one random feature they need

I predict SaaS will move to be less tier-based and more a la carte just paying for whatever features you need
