Took a sign call from a guy with rough English, wanted to open a restaurant in my listing. Wasn't a fit for mine, so I showed him several others spaces. He appreciated the time of day/attention that most other brokers hadn't given. Today were signing on our 12th deal together!
Haven't posted a ton because I deleted X off my phone. The nuggets of real estate are great, but it felt like a distraction, seeing way too much political banter. 99% of people agree on most things, the best thing we can all do is come together depsite what the news says.

@twallyweb I once saw a guy on X say everyone loves Sydney Sweeney because she’s attainable. So you’re like the Syd Sweeney of real estate and I’d take that any day! Though, that guy is drunk for thinking she’s attainable lol

I LOVE live music. But Live Nation controlling the vast majority of music venues in SLC isn’t good for consumers or the artists. They nearly have a monopoly, and it’s not just our market…
A trend I am noticing in our market: developers build beautiful projects in the burbs with great tenants, but no daytime pop. Restaurants struggle because fewer WFH employees leave home for lunch. Those that don't serve booze to make up for it also struggle.
@TopherNOW Whoever will give him a specific and strong mentor. Your mentor is monumental in learning the industry, they need someone who will give them time but also trust them.
