Today marks one year since you left us, Dad. Not a day goes by without thoughts of you in our hearts. May your soul continue to rest in eternal peace. Your love, strength and memories live on in all of us,RSK๐๐๐๐
For two days I sat beside your bed, waiting for you to wake up so we could talk one more time, called your name, held your hand and prayed for a miracle, but you never opened your eyes again.
You left quietly, taking a piece of my heart with you.
Goodbye Mum!
Appointments Committee rejects Dr Muganga over multiple citizenship. Dr Muganga allegedly failed to convince the Committee he would renounce citizenship of two other countries, Rwanda and Canada https://t.co/8GW0hGKvaM #MonitorUpdates
The irony in all this is that the defenders of the sovereignty bill are the ones passionately defending a man who pays allegiance to other two states. Fate is double crosser!
Ugandans are not serious, instead of discussing what @ReachDrMuganga brings in government, his wealth of experience and knowledge, we are discussing petty things like dual citizenship. Is not by mistake that we are a third world. @ReachDrMuganga is one of the best brains.
@unshuckled@Atukundaisaac1 I have a brother who comes in with a Canadian passport and has to first pay for the visa before he enters Ug and is given a duration of stay despite being birthed in Uganda. So, was Muganga on employment visa all long?
@unshuckled@Atukundaisaac1 Here it shows he has just acquired a Ugandan passport, what passport has he been using to fly in and out? Has he been on employment visa?
As someone who holds a Masterโs degree in Diplomacy and International Relations, I appreciate the constitutional debate surrounding dual citizenship and ministerial appointments. However, I also believe that leadership should ultimately be judged by impact and service.
