Given yesterday’s briefing on efforts taken by the state to address loneliness, isolation and social disconnection, we at CLRP have an idea about making it easier for people in inpatient psychiatric facilities to connect with others!

@CTLegalRights …through mail and a community use telephone? THE SOLUTION: Connecticut law should be changed so that people can have access to their personal cell phone and access to a computer and internet while they are in an inpatient psychiatric facility.

NJ needs a comprehensive, patient focused mental health care system rather than tools to strip liberty from people.
