@Not___KC@Anthony58312575 Expansion draft is in two years, if every team in the league was at full health + not taking how many games we win next year? 10? Not taking Fox because of a possibility we will be trying to compete at X date is idiotic.
@Not___KC@Anthony58312575 There isn’t that much of a difference between what we are planning to do with AR and what Fox would do… (bridge star who can help raise the floor). Rob SA of 3-4 picks along the way (hopefully).
@Not___KC@Anthony58312575 Agreed… if Fox position didn’t overlap with Harper castle they could wait it out. I’ve always been a more patient nets fan (meaning even before lottery playing out in 25 I figured 2029+ is when we compete). Would love a high way robbery with Fox.
@Anthony58312575@Not___KC They either bring Fox off the bench, in which case you’re paying for $60m bench player or risk a harden situation with Harper.
@BrooklynNetcast@BradleyT97716 Contract is 4 years, realistically not competing for at least 3… expansion draft in 2 years… I feel the hang up is the fan bases delusion on how fast a turn around can happen.
@Rich_Cooper The amount of people running with this when the video is him talking about his porn addiction, which was years ago, is wild. Spreading fake news is really so easy.
@BillyReinhardt@JerseyNets8@dbearak If you weight the average draft slot over any two year period (which was our tank window), the 1st slot has the highest avg. draft position.
Even i remember saying to you im fine with top odds while acknowledging that’s copium. We failed something that should have been simple.
@BKNRoss@NetsCifer So if we executed and ended worse both years, we would have had a weighted pick number of 2.5 (5 last year and 1 this year).
Want to know what slots have a better weighted average pick slot over a two year span?
None.
