We are a collaborative effort to help more children to read well by the end of 3rd grade. We are part of the National Campaign for Grade Level Reading.
Ways to cope with stress:
Take care of your body.
Take deep breaths, stretch, or meditate
Try to eat healthy, well-balanced meals.
Exercise regularly, get plenty of sleep.
Make time to unwind.
Do activities you enjoy.
Connect with others. Talk with people you trust.
Curbside Free Meal Program (ANY student 18 & under)
Starting 4/3 backpacks of food for the weekend will be handed out at all meal sites while supplies last. Meals will be delivered to Cedar Crest & Lantern Square apartments for walk up and pick up 10-11am. Continued
