Two days later, I was sent to the Alabama Gulf Coast to cover the landfall of Hurricane Frederic, a destructive storm that changed everything in places like Gulf Shores. A week to remember.

It has been a great 45 year ride, and it is far from over. I love what I do, and I am just getting started…
