I’ve been in A&E for the last 5 hours. What’s struck me is that not one member of staff is checking on the elderly patients who are on their own. I’ve just spoken with a lady who’s been here since midday and not one person has offered her food or drink, not one! It’s a disgrace!

@ThePosieParker It’s happening everywhere. My dad had a nasty fall earlier this year. The “nurse” in charge of his care didn’t even know how to give a tetanus injection, I caught her watching a YouTube video on how to do it, dad’s bed was right by her computer so could see her watching it.

So managed to get through to book tickets, they’ve gone from some £33 to the cheapest being now over £80…not that I can get any, unless I want to pay £454 for a ticket in the deck, @LewisCapaldi we love you but that’s out of mine and most people’s league. 🙈
