@UberEats is it standard practice to treat customer issues so ignorantly? Is a one-hour+ delay due to driver fault ineligible for dispute? Is an unauthorized $37 in a “subtotal adjustment” acceptable? How are you holding your drivers accountable? I want my refund. @Uber_Support

We cont. to work with our @NWS partners monitoring hurricane Florence. They say we need to continue to be vigilant because flooding is still a concern. The ground is already saturated from rain and has no where to go. So remember to avoid traveling through flooding waters.
