@LuxMeaMundiAM I took it for over 10+ years and started having terrible symptoms which turns out is SIBO due to the acid suppression and, problems absorbing vitamins (b12, iron etc) I weaned myself off it and, occasionally take a glug of Gaviscon advance and the odd rennie.

@WalkerPsrwlkr @Tesco (3-3) rude making obnoxious comments to her co-workers. Why were there only 2 tills out of 12 accepting cash & only 2 manned tills out of around 10 open. Plenty of staff milling about the self checkouts doing nothing. They have gone downhill. I generally go elsewhere but for mum

@WalkerPsrwlkr @Tesco (2 of 3) service checkouts but there were huge queues on manned (2 out of 10) so we went to use 1 of the 12. Mum likes to use cash. Out of those 12 only 2 of them accepted cash. There was 7 of us waiting for the cash till & 3 people using the other 10…the assistant was

@NoFarmsNoFoods All down to cost!Brown eggs often have a higher price in some regions as the hens that lay them are typically larger breeds.The hens require more feed makes the eggs more expensive for farmers to produce.White & brown eggs hold the same nutrients.Nothing to do with net zero 🤭🫣

In the freezer and freeze it (make sure to wrap in an old pillow case) and take it to bed keeps you cool 😊
