8/8 + (8x8)/8 = 1 + 8 = 9 Or
(8 + (8x8))/8 = (8 + 64)/8 = 72/8 = 9
Your calculation is wrong because you forgot to divide the first 8 by 8, so your last line should read 1 + 8 = 9

@LegatWriter @RHSTUDYZONE @DonMarcopulos Well?? Where is there a requirement for integers? You are not correcting me, but agreeing with me by repeating that K x M = 1 means that M is the reprocal of K. As you wrote, if K = 2, M = 1/2. If K = 100, M = 1 %. 😆

So K could be 1 and M=1. Or K coyld be 1,000,000,000 and M the reciprocal and K+M= 1,000,000,000.0000000001

@engineers_feed Initially OPEN. Then, when string and lid are aligned, thebox will start to lift off the floor, opening further until the lid hits the pulley, breaks the string and then the box falls to the floor only to close shut. So everyone was correct.
