I still have my 3 resets on Pro 20x. I'm at 1%, so about to start using them. I've never felt the need to complain about usage, I think I get what I pay for, but the past few days or so were definitely burning faster than ever for me. My usage also improved from ~4.5M tokens per 1% on the 13th to ~8.3M today with no change in my usage habits or model/reasoning mix.

@Ananth7e Definitely something wrong. I've had Pro 20x for a few months and until now haven't felt the need to complain about limits being consumed too quickly.

@reach_vb Some people are entitled. Fwiw, I had an issue earlier this year, told the support chat bot I wanted a refund, and that was that. Easy peasy.
