I’m not Carrick in
I’m not Carrick out
It’s worse than that.
I simply don’t give a fuck anymore.
Club is dead.
45 years supporting, it’s the worse I’ve known.
@manutd what have you become?

Hello everyone.
I am sorry for the increased inactivity recently, it is the lowest I have felt in quite some while.
Not only have I lost some passion, due to my favourite managers either getting sacked, or underperforming, but my personal life has been very tough.
Recently, I was laid off of not necessarily job, but one of my part time coaching gigs for underperformance. Of course, this hurt me very much.
So I looked to pick up a new part time hobby, and if you didn’t already know, my father is a chef. I picked up a love for cooking from him, so I suggested an idea to him which combines my 2 loves: Cooking and the tactical aspect of football.
The idea was to put a spin on regular French cuisine (his expertise), and serve all the dishes in formations, named after football managers I idolise. For example, the “Pep Bourguignola” — a twist on the French classic Beef bourguignon. And for the plating twist, the gravy would make the shape of the pitch, with things like the vegetables, pieces of meat being his 3-2-4-1 in possession formation.
I offered him role to be the head chef. A father-son business.
Unfortunately, he did not see to take this well, and felt I was insulting his craft he has worked years on, asking me whether I was autistic.
And really, I feel I have had some dreams shattered recently. So I am trying to find my feet, motivation, hunger again.
Moment for Harry Maguire today please man. I don’t want these performances glossed over, he was incredible and steps up in these games when needed the most. Monster in the box, technical and now as the middle CB, he’s in his best environment. Quality again from Harry. Love it.
The writing is on the wall, we've been here many times before over the last 10 years.
I've always defended this Ten Hag team from the argument of them 'throwing the towel in' and 'not playing for the manager'. Even the shitshow that was the end of last season ... I still didn't feel like the team was up to it's usual tricks of just simply not playing.
After today, that optimism and defiance is in the bin. Today's performance could have been under Moyes, LVG, Jose, Ole or even Rangnick, and we wouldn't have been able to tell the difference. It was that shite and that relatable to every manager we've had who has unfortunately ended up playing their way in to an inevitable sacking.
Pathetic, spineless, lazy, uninspiring and defeated from the start. Recency bias shouldn't be underestimated but I do honestly believe that this was our worst overall performance in a very, very long time. Considering we've lost 4-0 to Palace, 3-0 to Bournemouth, threw a 3-0 lead away to Coventry and have been pummeled 7-0 to Liverpool in recent memory, that's quite a fucking statement.
He's had 5 transfer windows now and this is very much his team. The cup saved him last season with the league finish being swept under the carpet. I backed him and wanted to give him time due to the structure/injuries/general habit of restarting the manager merry-go-round. 6 games in to a new league season and it's as bad as it's ever been.
We've lost 8 of our last 20 home league games and our away form isn't much better, or is it worse? I have no idea at this point and I don't have the energy to look it up. Porto away next, followed by Villa away. I just can't see the light at the end of the tunnel.
I've never called for a manager to be booted and I won't start now, but I'm not naive and ignorant enough to acknowledge that it's looking like he's not going to be in a position to turn this around and take us to where we are aiming to be.
I'm as miserable tonight as I have been in many a year.
Fuck this, I'm having another beer.
Ten Hag said so much truth in that interview with Gary Neville, but people who want him out will intentionally refuse to see it.
• Missed out on Kane
• Missed out on De Jong and Casemiro (or Mainoo) midfield
• Missing Luke Shaw & Malacia
• Missing his best LB from last season (Licha)
• 61 separate injuries
• 30 CB combinations in 47 games
• Our strongest XI starting together just once
• And saying he needs time
He still deserves some criticism, but denying that these issues haven't affected us massively this season is just being biased.
