@kunalkamra88 ola has now recruited about 5-6 BOUNCERS at every service centre...I have just visited at my near by ola service centre and watched all the bouncers were there arguing with ola customer even with the female customers..so this is the kind of service we r gonna have

Scooter is found dead after six months @ parking, waited 2 months to get picked up for service .after issuing many service tickets and continued phone calls.
Received message for appointment, visited them, told me to contact next week 🥲🥲

Even company officials have unilaterally closed my job card without informing me they even did not take my signature on job card while taking charge of my scooter under their control …. Least bothered customer service by least bothered company for existing customers … just selling and selling

I bought an Ola scooter at launch and I can say with my bad experience, people around me. Don't fall in the trap of buying this crap ola scooter or any other ola product. They don't have a customer support, service centres, sell below average quality products with panel gaps and manufacturing defects.
