And just like that, because Africans adore politicians and politics, the conversation about the innocent children who died in a fire incident is dead and forgotten. Till another happens!
It is this absurd interpretation of the laws that has caused the confusion that rein in our justice systems.
The right of appeal is enshrined in our constitution...but it comes with conditions.
I would advise Gachagua not to listen to you and instead focus building himself up away from the judiciary..till it's fixed.
Otherwise, like Matiba before him, he will just be making others famous at his own expense..and peril
My very humble advice to my Friend Gachagua:
The law- unlike a coin- does not have two sides. The law is always made to serve one side...the official side. But lawyers- to serve their interests, and earn a living from it- long decided to give it the 'two-sides'- the unofficial side.
Gachagua, before you take another step, look at the lawyers under your payroll, how they cry (louder than you), while those on the other side celebrate (more than the winner), then look at the law, read it to understand it, then make a firm decision.
Otherwise, like Matiba, (the Moi-Must-Go rhetoric) you are just making others famous- at your own expense..and peril

Gachagua, my friend, a time comes when you decide not listen to the lawyers. Matiba ignored this advice, only to learn the lesson when it was too late. Many too have gone the Matiba way.
Call yourself to a Kamukunji, and make a well-thought out decision, which is the answer to this question: Why do you want power? To serve us.. or just to use it to make money?
@Kenyans We should expect to see these bets in Europe and its streets filled with celebrations by jubilant whites because our African athletes are competing against each other and winning trophies. If I were to be a white, what would make of this?
@AbdulahiAdan10 This is careless and dangerous. Soon new technology about to be rolled will not let you sit back as the driver risks your life like this.
@Threadscenes His name is not What because there is a question mark at the end. If it was a fullstop then What would be the father's name. Again, that word, 'nameds', was it a typo error?
@MayMayspeaks This question is ambiguous and has so many assumptions. The questioner should have stated whether at the very minimum, the format of pagination a; such as whether pages are on individual sheets or in pairs. Otherwise, as it is, there are many possibilities.
