@ajinkxa Probably because they consume more calories than their body needs. BMR number will help figure out what calories you need and what your activity levels are like.

@yorkshirepud99 Find yourself three or four “regular” meals and rotate through those. Add a new one each week or two. Breakfast will be easy as it’s usually the same meal or two every day. You can do it!
