@JetstarAirways, how am I supposed to purchase tickets with you when your website doesn't work? I have tried on multiple browsers and multiple devices. I have even cleared my cache and cookies. I've been trying for weeks, and I get the same error every time:

@BootsHelp can you please fix your website. 3 times I have attempted to checkout. Each time, it made me log in to my account even though I was already. Each time I log in, you empty my basket. This means I've had to checkout without signing in and I've lost out on card points.
