Tonight's protest outside Conservative Party HQ in Westminster, demanding that David Wolfson withdraws from Roman Abramovich's legal team - or Kemi Badenoch sacks him as Shadow Attorney General.
AND that all frozen Russian assets are used to aid Ukraine
#StandWithUkraine
I spoke to @ITVNEWS tonight about the conflict of interest at the top of the Conservative Party, where the Shadow Attorney General is simultaneously advising Kemi Badenoch and Shadow Ministers, and sanctioned Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich.
He cannot continue to do both jobs.

💬 “One of the most significant performances of my concert career.”
Sviatoslav Vakarchuk
On December 13 in #London, Sviatoslav #Vakarchuk performed at the legendary St Pancras International in support of the children’s hospital #Okhmatdyt in #Kharkiv.
The charity Christmas concert, Ukrainian Carols of Hope, became the largest musical performance in the history of this location, gathering more than 1,000 listeners.
Vakarchuk was the first Ukrainian artist to headline a concert within the Carolling for Causes program at one of Europe’s most iconic railway stations – a venue that has previously hosted Elton John, Alicia Keys, John Legend, Tom Odell, Jeff Goldblum and Norah Jones.
The program included Ukrainian carols, global Christmas classics, and Vakarchuk’s own songs, performed with a chamber orchestra and the Likhtar Choir, with pianist Maria Yaremak also performing.
The event was organised by @CampaignForUkr and Ukrainian Medical Charity, with the support of the Embassy of Ukraine in the United Kingdom, to raise funds for the intensive care unit of the Okhmatdyt children’s hospital in Kharkiv.
Reflecting on the performance, Vakarchuk said:
💬“First, the program itself, Christmas carols, world classics, and my songs were unusual. Second, the wonderful partners. The Likhtar choir and orchestra – it was a pleasure to work with them. And most importantly, the place – London’s St Pancras International and the people created a unique atmosphere: a Christmas vibe and a strong Ukrainian spirit at the same time.”
Olena Ivashchenko, founder of Campaign for Ukraine, added:
💬“Sviatoslav Vakarchuk’s performance will undoubtedly go down in history - London and St Pancras have never seen anything like this. That evening, the legendary station became Ukrainian. ”

⚡️ Modern wars are fought not only on the battlefield but also in the minds of those who decide whether justice or indifference will prevail.
Alongside the battles on the frontlines, another struggle must take place: the struggle to communicate #Ukraine’s story, to advocate for it abroad.
To understand this mission and its significance, we spoke with Olena Ivashchenko, a Ukrainian activist and director of the NGO @CampaignForUkr.

Those in Barcelona can join the protests:
▪️Sunday, November 9: 4:30-5.30 p.m. (the performance is at 5 p.m.);
▪️Monday, November 10, 7:00-8:00 p.m. (the performance is at 7:30 p.m.)
Art is never beyond politics. Especially when missiles fall on civilians every day.

⚡️Russia unleashed a massive overnight missile and drone attack on Ukraine.
A seven-year-old boy was killed in Zaporizhzhia, at least 12 people were injured, and parts of Kyiv were left without power after strikes on homes and energy sites.
