Every cask listed on CannyCask must first pass DAV VERIFIED® — checked against the bonded warehouse record and cryptographically verified before listing.

The model is simple:

Physical cask → bonded warehouse source of truth → DAV VERIFIED® → digital ownership record on Polygon → institutional wallet infrastructure with BitGo.

Buyers can purchase whole physical casks using traditional payment methods or USDC, with the digital record remaining aligned to the warehouse-confirmed ownership event.

The important part?

The blockchain never replaces the cask or the warehouse. It provides the evidence layer.

That means buyers can independently verify key provenance and ownership evidence instead of relying solely on documents, emails and promises.

Real-world assets don’t need to stop being real to become digitally verifiable.
