@TommyWells Actually, she was found guilty and fined. How dare the OFC find these results and sit on them for almost a week. It’s all scandalous. JLG is a cheater.
@AlexKomaDC Oh please what about the millions of dollars that big unions have spent for Janeese? All of their money certainly outpaced ODC spending. What’s worse is the fact Janeese illegally coordinated with her outside groups and is currently under investigation for it.
@charlesallen@Rybread_26 Spin it how you want, the guy is a criminal. As someone who says she’ll fight Donald Trump as Mayor JLG doesn’t seem to mind turning a blind eye for her friends.
@TommyWells@AUDCRESEARCH Well know fact:nothing Koma says is credible. He’s a DSA activist that pushes far left views and slanted truths.Last time he pushed something like this(that YOU filed-coincidence?)his publication had to list an apology. He knows better and you to do.These are bogus campaign tactics
@tomsherwood The coordination is so obvious. Check out the series of mailers that have been hitting from Safe & Affordable, Sierra Club and JLG campaign. They are perfectly in sync.
@ATULocal689 It’s dark money unless your members donate directly the candidate campaign. Why are your members not donating directly? Because they actually don’t care about electing socialists. This is all about big union bosses rubbing elbows.
Two examples of the unruly behavior by juveniles in Navy Yard over the weekend.
- Riding scooters and e-bikes in the roads, crosswalks, and all around.
- One person crossed the road on a green light and dumped the scooter in the intersection. A police officer demanded he pick the scooter up.
This is partially the problem with these large groups. Some of the behavior is criminal, but a lot of it is just disorderly.
I spoke with several locals who are tired of the groups and that on the weekends they avoid going out at night.
Several juveniles told me they aren’t doing anything wrong and don’t understand the police presence.
I'm a fourth-generation Washingtonian. I grew up in Stronghold, DC. I worked as a mail carrier to put myself through college, became a civil rights attorney in President Obama's Department of Justice, and spent over a decade on the DC Council turning big ideas into landmark legislation.
But this race is not just about who I am and what I've done. It's about what I will DO as Mayor. I am squarely focused on making this city more affordable, providing opportunity for all, and creating a government that is actually accountable to its citizens.
I will expand baby bonds so every child born in DC starts life with a real financial foundation for college, homeownership, or starting a business.
I will connect every middle and high school student to meaningful work experience. I will expand pathways into tech, healthcare, and skilled trades. And I will make starting a business in DC faster and easier than going to Maryland or Virginia.
I will issue a day-one directive ending MPD cooperation with federal immigration enforcement. I will stand up to anyone in Washington who threatens DC's right to govern itself.
This race comes down to a simple question. Do you want a Mayor with a plan and the record to deliver it, or more empty promises without results? I am not running on rhetoric. I am running on what I have already done and exactly what I will keep doing as your next Mayor.

Interesting: Former Ward 3 Councilmember Mary Cheh is endorsing @kenyanmcduffie for mayor, saying that he has proven “he can get things done” while opponent @Janeese4DC has a record that “is essentially barren.” Cheh’s endorsement is helpful in vote-rich Ward 3.
Blue cities are out of control, promising more, spending more, delivering less and pushing off fiscal problems to some future day.
Democrats in city halls should stop governing as if the goal is to announce new entitlements, and instead make government work.
My take:
Stop! I live in Navy Yard and it’s a war zone. Interns are being murdered. Crime might be down from the HUGE spike 2 years ago but it’s still BAD. Our council is run by socialist that have hijacked the Democratic Party and an AG that won’t prosecute. Help us or stop posturing.
Let's be totally clear. Trump's decision to take over the DC police isn't about public safety. The most violent cities are in Republican states - and there's no takeover happening there.
This is just another attempt to distract from Trump's corruption and suppress dissent.
