BRUN Lock-Up Period ends on the earliest of:
> The date BRUN closes at or above $12.00/share for any 20 trading days within a 30-trading-day period after closing.
> November 8, 2026, six months after the May 8, 2026 closing date
> The date Pubco completes a liquidation, merger, or similar transaction
The lock-up has NOT expired yet, but it’s very close.
The price-based early release requires BRUN to close at or above $12.00 for 20 trading days within any 30-trading day period after the May 8 closing. Here’s the count:
BRUN has traded for 17 trading days since the May 11 listing (May 25 was Memorial Day). Every single day has closed well above $12:
