@brianlilley @407ETR This summer I travelled to TO & took the 407. I had no idea how to manage the billing. I assumed, correctly, that a bill would be sent to me. Since they identified our vehicle via photos, I received a bill for 307 dollars of which 200 was photo fees. Highway robbery, literally.
