That means Ohtani will receive just $2M annually, with the rest coming (without interest) from 2034 to 2043.

@meetmikehiggins Happened to a client of mine about 2 years ago. Pretty much the same sequence of events.
Luckily it was only like $20k, which was still a lot of money to this first time buyer. My mortgage broker and myself gave up all of our commissions/fees. LA gave half her $ and we closed🤞🏼
