Gibt auch aggressive deutsche Schülerinnen. Lehrer haben mich schon immer wütend gemacht. Bin aber Boomerin und friedlich.

Rette sich, wer kann, lautet die Devise. Wer beschützt eigentlich die wenigen deutschen Schüler, wenn Lehrer fliehen? Der Artikel blendet komplett aus, von welchen Schülern Gewalt ausgeht - aber das wissen sowieso alle.

#MESHSCANDAL Systemic Failures at Every Level The pelvic mesh scandal has let patients down on multiple levels, as the “First Do No Harm” report detailed: 🩸Lack of Consent and Dishonesty: We didn’t consent to experimental procedures or the risks of misplacement which in my opinion were due to the ‘quick fix’ ‘blind’ procedure routine with no post operative scans to check for misplacement as done in a PICC Line procedure. Devices were inserted in the wrong body areas (Never Events), and some patients received different devices than discussed, without their knowledge. 🩸Dismissive Attitudes: Clinicians displayed arrogance and a lack of communication, as noted in the GMC’s oral evidence to the IMMDS Review (March 14, 2019, 30:55). My own experience—being laughed at by a GP and denied an MRI when my legs were filling with blood likely due to a further pelvic haematoma —reflects the “arrogance towards women” Jackie Doyle-Price highlighted in a 2017 BMJ article. 🩸Poor Follow-Up: Mesh procedures like SIMS require diligent follow-up, but many of us received none. SIMS with anchors were inserted before trials, without our consent, leaving us as guinea pigs. 🩸Conflicts of Interest: The GMC investigation was compromised by a conflict of interest—the Medical Director, a colleague of the surgeon and his Designated Body, dismissed past complaints, including mine, despite evidence. This violates NHS guidance on managing conflicts of interest, which prohibits misusing positions to further personal interests. 🩸Regulatory Failure: The GMC’s dismissal of our complaint, misuse of the 5-year rule, and removal of the Composite Complaints guidance show a regulator prioritizing clinician protection over patient safety. Mount Stuart’s failure to report my Never Event under CQC Regulation 20 and the GMC’s inaction (2014 dismissal, 2021 closure) delayed justice, embedding the mesh in the wrong pelvic areas.
