Silver-medal & huge PB in the 100m by @SimonPlesse at the Swedish National Championships last weekend. The Championship day shows if we have managed to peak him physically, internalize the race-model and confidently execute it under pressure others. Very happy and proud!

Historic medal for Upsala IF friidrott in the national track & field club championships yesterday! Great that our contributions made a difference & nice to see them on the front page when picking up todays paper :)

Track and field relays are so much fun, that is why the nationals are such a blast every year! Really enjoyed coaching our fantastic 4x400 team to a silver medal and new club record. Proud of the performance, but even more the great team spirit!

@FishConGen @OrjanGenetiker Thanks! With 20 years since my PhD, and likely another 20 to retirement, half-time felt like a suitable time to make a change. A lot to learn about “the other side”, so really look forward to it!
