Silver-medal & huge PB in the 100m by @SimonPlesse at the Swedish National Championships last weekend. The Championship day shows if we have managed to peak him physically, internalize the race-model and confidently execute it under pressure others. Very happy and proud!

Track and field relays are so much fun, that is why the nationals are such a blast every year! Really enjoyed coaching our fantastic 4x400 team to a silver medal and new club record. Proud of the performance, but even more the great team spirit!

Non-additive variance suggests the loci to be influenced by “something”, but this could be GxG, GxE, LD etc = be cautious.

The models used, and data collected, were not designed for this.

The project where we "did it all": sequenced the genomes of every available individual (>3,300) from 18 generations. Result? Increased power facilitating mapping of 40 loci for the single analysed trait at 10% FDR (12 reached a 5% genome-wide threshold). @yanjunzan@Troe2710
