Our latest work on public yeast data exploring GxGxE interactions. Environmental changes often modulated the i) connectivity in epistatic networks, and ii) level of genetic capacitation. Interesting mechanism where segregating genetic variants only acts in specific conditions!
Will be recruiting two computational genetics PhD students for fall 2019. Projects include both methods development and experimental data analyses. Focus is on polygenic complex traits, adaptation, epistasis and G-by-E interactions. PIs: please forward to suitable candidates/RT
