@michaelryan756 Citing Prof. Bayes de Luna: Inferior ST elevation with concomitant elevation in D1 is LCx. In South African flag sign you would expect an elevation in V2 which its not the case. The dominant artery is LCx that explains elevation in lateral and inferior leads.
