@British_Airways on hold to customer service in your exec club and been fobbed off again!! Seriously someone needs to contact me now. No supervisor to speak to, they don't take calls!!! Seriously!!!

@British_Airways just had JFK flight cancelled due to adverse weather BA0117 but why therefore are customer service lines not open till 6am? Surely with this level of severe disruption there would be alternative communication or am I missing something?

@British_Airways I've followed up every day, spoken to Newcastle, spoken to BA customer services and until 21 days there is nothing I can do. My daughters Christmas presents which were for our trip for New York with BA that we are going on Friday! So sad for her!
