like me did you think that dear imgui was cool, but not for you because you had unity's inspectors? bless you child for today the scales will fall from your eyes. let me show you how useful dear imgui is, even in unity!
@charlietran ah I’ve been meaning to get it working on mac (I’ve got an M1 laptop) but haven’t spent much time on it. If you can share what you did there, I’m happy to give you a rough version of my debug menu!
I developed a Dependency Analysis plugin for @UnrealEngine, and it is now available for public use - thanks @YAGERdev!
It generates a report of all project assets and their dependencies, useful to speed up editor loading times.
Grab it from my GitHub: https://t.co/lGC16BaanO

the pitfall is that studies have shown efficiency, productivity, and quality decline when ppl work more than 60 hr/wk for over 2 mo. also you’ll lose employees and waste time backfilling those positions. even if you don’t care about your employees (clearly) it’s a dumb practice.
I think it’s EXTREMELY short-sighted & irresponsible to let Firewalk studios (or any studio that’s shipped a game) go.
The work it takes to build a team, tools, culture, IP & ship a game is invaluable, and severely underestimated, when the finance dept is driving decisions.
