@OctopusEnergy you billed me the standing charge for 1st April - Bulb had already charged me the s/c for that date. Email responses have been useless. Yes it's only a quid, but if you've done this to every Bulb customer you inherited... that's over a million quids!!

Waited over 30 days for them to refund, started S75 claims. This arrogant response just about sums them up. Relieved we won't have to deal with their nonsense any longer! #luckyescape
