@holidayhype Hi please help, I am booked into Arenas del mar in Tenerife on 18.11.24.The reviews on the hotel are terrible and are getting worse by the day if they had been like that when I booked, I would not have proceeded. Tui suggested I contact you.

That was a waste of time. Just been told by Maria, customer services the hotel is overperforming!! The reviews state otherwise, giving 1 and 2/5. Holiday hypermarket cannot override the policy they can if they want to. Reviews are horrendous and I wish to move Hotels.

TUI are now saying is a holiday hypermarket problem as I booked via them but all my paperwork is via Tui. This can't be right?

@TUIUK shame on you Tui for not allowing me to change Hotels even with horrific reviews at the Arenas del Mar in Tenerife. Recent reviews state give it a wide berth, 2/5 and 1/5. Need to change before we get there on 18.11.24.
