@wabbitwarrior I feel that the first step should be to allow it to happen once more and to tell them that if they EVER do that again she will break their nose. That way they have made an informed choice and chosen to have their nose broken. Can't say they didn't know what would happen then!

@lauraljbusiness Going into shutdown mode. Huge SAR (excess of 500 emails alone) due in 2 weeks and my year end in depth finance report for governors at the same time. 8 working days to get both done. PA to SLT left on Friday so no one to delegate too either.

@accidentalSBM Totally agree, tried to do something small and just couldn't motivate myself, feel so burnt out and consequently ill. Need to allow myself some chill time but hate the guilty feeling that accompanies it.

@SLister15 @SBLconnect We moved both finance and HR across. It's been tough to say the least. An off the shelf package that's very inflexible when you need it to do other things. Lots of initial issues and lots of process changes to adapt.
