Senator Tuberville Reveals Trump Called Him Amid Capitol Riot, Knew of Pence's Danger Before Tweeting Attack

According to a Business Insider article[2], Senator Tommy Tuberville claimed that President Trump called him on January 6th, after Vice President Mike Pence had been evacuated but before the rest of the senators were whisked away, and told him to "protect yourself." Tuberville's account would mean Trump was aware of the danger Vice President Mike Pence faced before he tweeted an attack on Pence. Trump's defense team challenged Tuberville's account, but Tuberville stood by his account of the call[1][3]. The call was cut off because senators were asked to move to a secure location[6]. The call took place while the riot was still ongoing, and it is unclear how much information Trump had about the situation at the Capitol at the time of the call. However, Tuberville's account suggests that Trump was aware of the danger faced by Vice President Pence and may have been aware of the violence taking place at the Capitol.

BREAKING: Legal experts sound the alarm as Trumper Congressman Jim Jordan launches a sinister plot to obstruct Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ case against 2024 Donald Trump for trying to steal Biden’s win.

Today, Jim Jordan sent a letter to Willis demanding that she hand him ALL of the documents and communications that she has shared with Special Counsel Jack Smith.
