Farmers don't dig up their seeds to see if they are growing. They keep doing the work, preparing for the harvest.
Growth takes time. Building culture takes time. Getting better takes time.
Be patient, be persistent, do the work, focus on your habits, be ready for the harvest.
You know you are entering your 8th year teaching (plus maybe having a thing about wearing ridiculous items on your head) when you have four little drawers for spirit day options plus holiday specific tshirts.
Fun and creative field trip to the @BuildingMuseum Students from @DranesvilleD had a great time planning and building a city. Love seeing their minds work as they create!

It’s not an overstatement to say that society would be changed for the better if every school child had the chance to know and learn alongside students who have IEPs and see them as peers. It’s not about pity; it’s about the recognition of fundamental rights and human dignity.
Brainstorming “wh” words can be tricky! So proud of the amazing students I work with for being resilient as they created our list of words! @DranesvilleD#OG#IMSE
