There are currently a plethora of fake profiles using my picture on different platforms (Facebook, Instagram even whatsapp groups) to flog weird investment schemes.

All these are obviously fake. Uses old pictures of me available online (including profile picture from here). And have nothing to do with me. Just for the record.

Please report one if you see one. I have no SoMe profiles anywhere selling any investments or investment ideas. And I wont have any.

The tech platform companies are terrible at fighting the identity theft and bots.

This is insane to me. The time it takes for a US homebuilder to build a single family home has risen from 4-5 months in the 1970s and 1980s to over 10 months now.

US labor market churning rate is the lowest on record - lower than in 2009 when unemployment was 10%!

The US labor market is basically frozen. Just like the housing market.

The US housing market is in a bigger excess than in 2006.

Nobody talks about it.

Neither did they in 2006. Subsequently, home prices declined for 5 years straight.
