@SwiggyInstamart I think you need to stop fake promising to customer. Promising a delivery time of 11 mins and not delivering even in an hour and customer service not being helpful in such a case.

@ola_supports But fares shown are higher as compared to when share pass is applied. Clearly your algorithm is wrong in many cases, let customer choose when to apply share pass.

@ola_supports If I have an Ola share pass for 24kms and my daily commute distance (as per Google maps) is 21kms but because of your pooling algorithm my ride distance comes to be 30kms , why will I need to pay for extra 6kms ?

75 rupees for cancellation where it's app mistake of showing different address on order page and delivering it to different address. Customer care executive calling it GPS problem. This is a big fail and worst experience .
