@Uber_Support I’ve just spoken to a very unhelpful Uber eats employee on the phone. Ordered McDonald’s last night, it came freezing cold and I was told it would take 20 minutes and it took an hour. Apparently this is ‘acceptable’ and ‘sorry’ for the cold food that went in the bin
