Here’s EXACTLY how to calculate the number of rental properties you need to retire… down to the door.
Most investors just guess.
“I want 10 rentals.”
“I want 50 doors.”
Cool. But based on what?
Here’s the actual formula. Five minutes. Real number.
Let's get you retired... ---->
Peripheral artery disease affects 200M+ people worldwide, and restoring blood flow isn’t enough to repair damaged muscle.
@WesternU researcher @HaoYin20 raised $10k on ResearchHub to investigate why.
Now published as a Stage 1 Registered Report in @RHubJournal, Hao's project will test whether Sirt6 loss in vessel-support cells triggers a “senescence secretome” that actively blocks muscle recovery after ischemia.
If confirmed, it could point to new therapeutic targets for one of the world's most common vascular diseases.

ChatGPT is responsible for nearly 70% of all AI referral traffic.
How much of that is flowing to your business?
If the answer is "not enough" here's how you can fairly easily fix that:
According to Similarweb's Global AI Tracker, ChatGPT held 64.5% of all generative AI search traffic as of January 2026.
By the end of Q1, the Conductor AEO/GEO Benchmarks Report had the ChatGPT traffic share at 87%.
SERanking had that number at around 80%.
Regardless of whose data you want to use, ChatGPT is the single largest channel for AI-driven buyer research by a wide margin.
And that is what SEO Stuff (https://t.co/wKpf0EILTx) helps businesses capture.
Here is the problem most brands are running into: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Copilot do not consistently recommend brands the way Google does.
Rather than show 10 blue links and let the buyer browse, they assemble a shortlist of 3 to 5 brands based on what their retrieval systems consider the most authoritative, relevant sources for the buyer's question.
If you want to see where your site stands across Google and AI search, start here (it's free):
https://t.co/Pn764BHwyL
If your brand is not in that source pool, you are not on the shortlist. The buyer never sees you.
And according to Superlines's Q1 2026 study of 34,234 AI responses across 10 platforms, the same brand can have a 0.59% citation rate on one platform and a 27% citation rate on another: a 46x gap depending on which tool the buyer happens to open.
The brands that show up consistently across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Copilot share two things.
The first is content depth. Not 5 pages targeting your top keywords, but 40 to 60 pages covering every question a buyer in your category actually asks: comparison queries, specification queries, use-case queries, integration queries, pricing breakdowns.
AI platforms break the buyer's question into sub-queries and pull sources for each one. Every page you have that answers one of those sub-questions is another chance to get cited and recommended.
Every sub-question you have not covered is a citation going to a competitor instead.
The second is authority.
AI platforms across the board prioritize sources that carry third-party validation. Editorial backlinks from trusted publishers. Expert attribution on your content.
Mentions from domains that every retrieval system, whether it is Google, Bing, Perplexity's own crawlers, or AI training data, treats as credible.
According to the broader 2026 research, this is the one signal that compounds across all platforms simultaneously. Content depth gets you into the retrieval set. Authority is what makes the AI actually cite you instead of someone else.
Remember, if you want to see where your brand is being cited across ChatGPT, Google AI, Perplexity, and other platforms, start here (it's free):
https://t.co/Pn764BHwyL
Here is what all this looks like in practice.
A buyer asks ChatGPT "best project management tool for agencies." ChatGPT breaks that into sub-queries, searches for sources, and assembles a shortlist from the most authoritative content it finds.
Brand A has 60 pages of expert-written content covering every sub-question in the project management category, backed by editorial backlinks from trusted publications. Brand B has a homepage and 5 feature pages.
Brand A gets cited. Brand B does not. The buyer clicks through to Brand A. That same dynamic plays out on Perplexity, Gemini, and Copilot, because the same signals that make Brand A visible on ChatGPT make it visible everywhere else too.
According to the Conductor report, AI referral traffic is still early: about 1.08% of total website traffic on average. But it is growing, and the brands building content depth and authority now are the ones who will own those citations as the volume scales. The brands waiting will be trying to catch up in a market where their competitors have already locked in the authority advantage.
Here is what to do with this:
Build content that covers the full question map in your category. AI platforms break buyer queries into sub-questions and pull sources for each one. The more sub-questions your content answers, the more chances you have to get cited across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Copilot.
Invest in editorial backlinks from trusted domains. Authority signals from credible publishers are the one factor that translates across every AI retrieval system. They do not just help you rank in Google. They make you citable everywhere.
Treat AI visibility as a category-level investment, not a keyword-level one. The brands winning AI citations are the ones with comprehensive, expert-attributed content and domain-level authority. The brands losing are the ones still optimizing one page at a time.
This is the system SEO Stuff (https://t.co/wKpf0EILTx) was built around.

ChatGPT alone accounts for somewhere between 65% and 87% of all AI referral traffic depending on whose data you use. The brands capturing that traffic are the ones with content depth and authority signals that AI platforms trust. The brands missing it are the ones who have not built either.
